Lighthearted, feel good and funny! I don’t agree with the reviews saying it is shallow and overplayed…It is cheesy yes as all rom coms should be! Plot is original, actors are good and the characters are not badly portrayed. I am not very familiar with British romantic comedies but it seemed different from what we are used to and not a typical Netflix romcom in my view. It is apparently adapted from a book which I have not read therefore cannot comment on the adaptation/ screenplay itself. Would recommend.
